The Clerk, Helen Johnson - As Proper Officer, Helen advises on statutory and other guidance to ensure the effective running of the Council.  She is also responsible for the office and its staff, writing policies and procedures and overall management of all Council resources.

Part Time -The Assistant Clerk, Fiona Hensher - Manages the budgeting, end of year financial reporting and financial controls for the Parish Council.  She also assists the Clerk with projects and deputises in her absence as well as managing risk assessments and Health and Safety, she also clerks the planning and Highway committee meetings. Fiona does not work on Fridays.

Part-Time - Administrative Officer, Nicky Lee - Manages the day-to-day Parish Council finances, the Heathfield Community Centre and the allotments.

Part-Time - Clerical Assistant, Hannah Stevens -  Manages the reception desk and playgrounds. She also clerks the Highways liaison meetings and looks after trees. 

Part-Time - Events, Environment and Burials Officer, Lee Hurst - Manages council events, environment matters and burial grounds. 

Part-Time - Caretaker at Heathfield Community Centre, Charles Dickens - Caretaking of the centre including opening up and closing for hirers
